- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and industry coalitions
- Implement data-driven sustainability metrics and AI-powered monitoring systems
- Manage the $2.5M annual sustainability budget and ROI analysis for green initiatives
- Lead employee engagement programs fostering a culture of environmental stewardship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive sustainability management experience in Fortune 500 companies
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or ESG certification required
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis, life cycle assessment, and circular economy models
- Proven track record of implementing net-zero strategies with measurable results
- Advanced data analytics skills using tools like Tableau and Power BI for sustainability metrics
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience across C-suite, investors, and regulators
