- Lead cross-functional initiatives for circular economy implementation and waste reduction
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate sustainability into core business strategy
- Drive supplier compliance with emerging environmental regulations and standards
- Design and launch employee engagement programs for sustainable culture adoption
- Report on KPIs using transparent metrics for board and investor communications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2030-target experience
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Certification in GRI Standards or SASB frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong track record in stakeholder management across C-suite to frontline teams
- Understanding of emerging technologies in climate tech (IoT, blockchain for traceability)
