Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years in sustainability management with proven 2030-goal implementation
- Expertise in carbon accounting software (e.g., Persefoni, Watershed)
- Advanced certification in ESG frameworks (e.g., CFA ESG, GRI)
- Proficiency in sustainability data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience securing federal/state sustainability grants (IRA funding preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to translate climate science into actionable business strategies
