Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability roadmap, aligning with global ESG standards and company innovation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch sustainable technology solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging sustainability trends and opportunities
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D departments to integrate sustainable practices into product development cycles
- Present strategic innovations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Track KPIs and report on sustainability impact and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability management or technology innovation
- Proven track record of leading successful sustainability initiatives from conception to launch
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and sustainable technology standards
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
