You'll spearhead cross-functional teams, pioneer circular economy models, and shape our carbon-neutral roadmap while working from our state-of-the-art San Francisco headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D of next-gen sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems
- Develop and execute corporate sustainability strategy aligned with 2026 UN goals
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Drive ESG reporting and compliance initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on scalable green solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability/innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Master's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
- Proven track record in circular economy implementation
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) required
- Expertise in carbon accounting software (SAP Sustainability, etc.)
- Experience with EU Green Deal and US Inflation Reduction Act
- Strong data analytics and stakeholder management skills
