Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead R&D of carbon-negative technologies and circular economy systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate ESG principles into corporate strategy
- Drive innovation in sustainable supply chain and waste reduction methodologies
- Manage stakeholder relationships with NGOs, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering sustainability KPIs and reporting
- Identify emerging green technologies and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability or ESG leadership
- Proven track record in scaling circular economy initiatives
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong background in sustainable innovation and emerging green tech
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability budgets
- Certification in sustainability (e.g., GRI, SASB) preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional leadership skills
