Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Technology Strategy roadmap focused on 2026 milestones and long-term scalability.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI and machine learning infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify emerging tech trends and integrate them into the product lifecycle.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure security, efficiency, and future-proofing.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Manage the technology budget, forecasting needs for the upcoming fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and Generative AI.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
