Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies and timelines.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) and evaluate their applicability to our core products.
- System Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that support our projected growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, from engineers to investors.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to secure the best solutions for our infrastructure.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or strategic technology consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and align technical decisions with business goals, specifically with a focus on future trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
