Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for the next 24 months, identifying key technological shifts and preparing our infrastructure for future scalability.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems with a focus on high availability, security, and performance optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Integration: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Compliance & Standards: Enforce architectural standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., ArchiMate, draw.io) and version control systems.
