Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to create a comprehensive product roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and market shifts to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, and executive leadership to align on product priorities and communicate progress.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from concept and ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and KPIs to make informed decisions that drive user growth and retention.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of product managers and drive a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching products that align with long-term business goals.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
