Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI 2.0 infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation algorithms, including generative models and autonomous agents.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI evolution, aligning with the company's vision for 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, and design) to ensure AI safety and ethical compliance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture assessments to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in AI 2.0 concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems to production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse technical teams.
