Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping 2026 technology and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning
- Develop quantitative/qualitative models predicting market disruptions
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and industry futurist forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused corporate strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
