Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and topological computing
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-resistant cryptography and real-time optimization
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech partners on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $10M+ in government and private sector research grants
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE/DARPA)
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
