Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision and strategic roadmap for the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, IoT) to forecast their business impact.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future tech solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to integrate forward-looking tech into current roadmaps.
- Identify potential risks and regulatory challenges associated with future tech adoption.
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (Masterās preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or major digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of the global tech landscape leading up to 2026.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
