- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching disruptive products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor talent in innovation methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
