Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product and market evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Produce trend synthesis reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation pipelines for emerging domains (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
