Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026 market landscapes
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Curate global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership positioning Horizon Labs as a future authority
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
