Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Workforce Strategy aligned with global business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Analyze emerging technology trends to forecast their impact on operational workflows and talent needs.
- Design future-ready organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and continuous learning.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to upskill internal teams and prepare them for the future economy.
- Measure the ROI of strategic initiatives and adjust long-term plans based on market shifts.
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future of work initiatives with broader corporate vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years in Strategic Consulting, Organizational Development, or Future Tech Planning.
- Proven experience in creating long-term roadmaps with a 3-5 year strategic horizon.
- Deep understanding of AI integration, process automation, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
