Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead high-stakes workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-state business models
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 regulatory and sustainability imperatives
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or sustainable technology transitions
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech-forward organizations
- Proficiency in strategic foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kedge)
