- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Present findings at global conferences and client board meetings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
