Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for product development and market entry
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive technologies and patent opportunities
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients through immersive future-state simulations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy on future horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
