Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and societal shifts to map 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Develop and maintain Horizon's 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Lead executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 forecasts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, books, industry journals)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
