- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using AI-driven analytics platforms
- Produce high-impact futures reports and visual narratives for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state concepts and innovation incubation
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, GPT-4 analysis frameworks)
- Proven track record of delivering futures intelligence that drove multi-million dollar decisions
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or futures literacy programs)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
