Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026+ strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for emerging markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future trends
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and future readiness
- Oversee $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker on innovation or future trends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global organizations
