Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and software engineers.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Ethical LLMs).
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable cloud-based AI infrastructure.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term tech investments.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable products to market.
- Experience in strategic planning and forecasting technical trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
