Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Architect secure and efficient dApps using React, Next.js, and Web3.js libraries.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement best practices for cryptographic security.
- Integrate decentralized identity solutions and cross-chain interoperability protocols.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate technical requirements into user-centric features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Layer 2 scaling solutions and DeFi innovations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience with 3+ years specifically in Web3/Blockchain.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper for smart contract development.
- Strong experience with Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana networks.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Understanding of cryptographic principles, zero-knowledge proofs, and consensus mechanisms.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle) and auditing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
