Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap development, aligning technical architecture with long-term business goals.
- Drive the integration of AI and Machine Learning into our SEO and content delivery systems to enhance user experience and organic visibility.
- Oversee the technical architecture to ensure maximum site speed, crawlability, and indexability for search engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to execute complex technical projects.
- Identify emerging trends in search technology and proactively adapt our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Implement scalable solutions that support rapid growth without compromising technical performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical SEO and Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Algorithms, structured data, and site architecture best practices.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical migrations or complex product launches.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Search Console).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar technical credentials is highly preferred.
