Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering and R&D roles supporting our 2026 product roadmap
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in AI, quantum computing, and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define talent requirements and build diverse interview panels
- Optimize recruitment processes using Lever and Greenhouse while maintaining 95% offer acceptance rates
- Analyze talent market trends and compensation data to position QuantumLeap as an employer of choice
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement predictive hiring analytics for future workforce planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in high-growth tech or quantum computing
- Expertise in sourcing niche talent across AI/ML, cryptography, and quantum hardware domains
- Proven track record of closing 50+ senior-level engineering roles annually
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment analytics tools and diversity hiring frameworks
- Strong technical fluency to evaluate candidates for complex R&D positions
- Experience building scalable recruitment processes for hyper-growth environments
- Certified in Talent Acquisition (CTR) or equivalent professional designation
