Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Computing technologies.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume or hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
