Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles using AI-powered ATS and predictive analytics
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering leaders across Quantum Computing, AI/ML, and Bio-Tech divisions
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions including technical interviews and offer negotiations
- Analyze talent market trends and compensation benchmarks to optimize recruitment KPIs
- Develop employer branding initiatives for technical talent communities and hackathons
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement continuous improvement in recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in scaling high-growth tech teams
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, quantum computing, or bioinformatics talent
- Proficiency in modern ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and AI sourcing tools (SeekOut, hireEZ)
- Strong data literacy with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and dashboards
- Excellent technical interview skills for software engineering and data science roles
- Certification in technical recruiting or talent analytics preferred
- Experience with diversity-focused recruitment initiatives and DEI metrics
