Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex distributed systems and cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security compliance across all projects.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to delivery.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and database management.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data pipeline architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
