Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year technical strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI scalability and quantum readiness.
- Lead the Research and Development (R&D) team in exploring emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
- Architect secure, high-performance systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs and open-source frameworks to enhance our core platform.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations while pushing the boundaries of data utility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architect role within high-tech environments.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for security clearance purposes.
