- AI Integration: Collaborate with our data science team to integrate cutting-edge machine learning models directly into our application layers.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy infrastructure and refactor codebases to ensure 99.999% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical decision-making within agile squads.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect user data in a decentralized environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
