Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Strategy: Develop and implement SEO roadmaps specifically tailored for AI-generated search results (e.g., ChatGPT, SGE, Perplexity).
- Semantic Optimization: Optimize content for entity-based search and natural language processing to ensure visibility across voice and visual search channels.
- Technical Audits: Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits focusing on Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and LLM crawler accessibility.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize data science tools to forecast search trends and traffic shifts before they happen.
- Content Strategy: Guide content teams to create high-authority, authoritative content that AI models prefer to surface.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movements to adjust strategies in real-time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI or semantic search technologies.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JSON-LD schema, and API integration (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4).
- Data Fluency: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Tools: Mastery of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and OpenAI APIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
