Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maximize product visibility.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory for high performers.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
