Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all discounts and payments are applied correctly.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Monitor store security, including cash handling protocols and surveillance systems, to prevent theft.
- Perform basic store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning restrooms and break areas, to uphold hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover and restocking.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales reports with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
