Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and checking for discrepancies.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
