Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and solution-based selling
- Actively drive sales by achieving/exceeding daily/monthly KPIs and bonus targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and inventory management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new launches and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets or performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
