Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and problem-solving
- Drive sales growth by meeting/exceeding targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital transactions
- Merchandise products, maintain visual displays, and ensure store cleanliness standards
- Participate in inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Actively participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on new offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
