Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in navigating our product lines and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Organize store displays and maintain a clean, organized sales floor environment.
- Identify customer needs and suggest complementary products to increase average order value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
