The Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead the frontend architecture for our flagship product. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces. Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user journeys.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning to deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of React concepts such as Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
- Experience with state management solutions, testing frameworks (Jest, RTL), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
