Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design scalable, fault-tolerant quantum architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and refine quantum algorithms to maximize qubit coherence and processing speed.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of quantum processors with classical AI/ML infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and guide the research team in emerging quantum technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols for quantum data transmission and storage.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor system performance and conduct stress testing for quantum workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, preferably with quantum computing or high-performance computing clusters.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary engineering problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
