Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI optimization algorithms for logistics and drug discovery
- Lead architecture of quantum-resistant blockchain networks
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN researchers on quantum simulation standards
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum circuit design
- Secure patents for novel quantum gate architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research in QIP or Nature journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware control (pulse shaping, calibration)
- Experience with quantum threat modeling and NIST post-quantum standards
- Strong background in topological quantum computing architectures
- Track record of open-source contributions to quantum libraries
