Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with error correction capabilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum algorithms in cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum processors with >1000 qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for practical enterprise applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with proven algorithm development track record
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, OpenQASM)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, Google Quantum)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
