Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Classical Hybrid Systems: Design and implement scalable software architectures that leverage both classical and quantum computing resources to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for integrating quantum technologies into our core AI product suite, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Algorithm Development: Research and develop novel quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning tasks, focusing on speed and accuracy improvements.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Quantum, Pennylane).
- Programming: Strong command of Python and C++ with a deep understanding of parallel processing and distributed systems.
