Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable quantum algorithms and error-corrected qubit architectures for Project 2026.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical trajectory and milestones for the 2026 release cycle, aligning with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or high-performance computing (HPC).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems involving physics and engineering.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
