Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum AI frameworks for enterprise applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning algorithms with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for real-time data processing
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at global tech conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum AI methodologies and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
