Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on quantum error correction and optimization techniques for AI models.
- System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate quantum modules into existing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize model latency and throughput to meet real-time processing requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps for the integration of quantum computing into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with specific expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum simulators and hardware.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
