Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize code for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Lead architectural reviews for AI projects targeting deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct research on quantum error mitigation and noise reduction techniques.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers in advanced quantum computing concepts.
- Translate complex research findings into production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.
