- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software quality and security.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reducing latency and improving throughput by over 30%.
- Identify potential risks in the development lifecycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into the Project 2026 roadmap where applicable.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
